Abstract

The invention provides a human body girth measurement method based on a multi-view vision system. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a GSS-PSPNet network model, and training the GSS-PSPNet network model by using a data set; building three groups of binocular stereoscopic vision systems to respectively shoot color images of the testee; segmenting a to-be-measured girth area of the color image; performing HSV color space analysis on the segmented image to obtain sub-data sets of different color categories; clustering the pixels in the sub-data set; performing stereo matchingon the segmented image by adopting an SURF method to obtain coordinates of the same recognition point in the left view and the right view; space coordinates of the recognition points are obtained, andthree-dimensional coordinates of the marking points in the unified coordinate system are obtained; projecting all the marking points to an XOZ plane and fitting, wherein the length of a fitting curveis the girth of the measured area.
