Problems solved by technology

my country's North China Plain, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, and Xinjiang are the main cotton-producing areas. In 2010, the cotton stalks produced were more than 20 million tons. Cotton stalks are rich in crude fiber and have the basis for making high-quality feed. However, because of its high lignin fiber content , free gossypol and poor palatability hinder the large-scale comprehensive utilization of cotton stalks

Abstract

The invention discloses an agaricus bisporus culture medium. In a first step, after a culture material is pre-dampened, the culture material is prepared according to a ratio of the culture medium; ina second step, pre-stacking is carried out; in a third step, primary fermentation is carried out for fermentation time of 9 days, since a cotton stalk has a poor water-retaining capability, water replenishment needs to be carried out during first-time storehouse transfer, and moisture is kept at 70%; and in a fourth step, secondary fermentation is carried out for fermentation time of 4 days. The agaricus bisporus culture medium has the following advantages that 1) the agaricus bisporus culture medium disclosed by the invention can meet required nutrients during agaricus bisporus growth, and compared with a contrast, an agaricus bisporus variety Yingxiu cultured by the agaricus bisporus culture medium has a fruiting yield improved by 20-35%, the fruiting time is advanced, and an effective fruiting rate is high; 2) agricultural straw is regionally utilized, and cotton stalk waste of a cotton production area is taken as a culture medium of the agaricus bisporus according to circumstancesto make up a prescription and carry out aerobic fermentation; 3) an experiment indicates that under an equivalent fermentation mode, the prescription, of which the culture medium takes the cotton stalks as a main material, is obviously improved in the fruiting yield and the effective fruiting rate compared with the contrast, and fruiting quality is good; and 4) fruiting characteristics are good, cotton stalks are fermented to be taken as the agaricus bisporus Yingxiu culture medium, so that the fruiting yield is improved, a fruiting time period has an obvious boundary, and meanwhile, the fruiting time is earlier than other contrast materials by 3-5 days.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of edible fungus cultivation, and in particular relates to a formula and fermentation technology for producing Agaricus bisporus compost by high-temperature fermentation of cotton stalks. Background technique [0002] Agaricus bisporus ( Agaricus bisporus ) belongs to Basidiomycetes, Agaricaceae, Agaricaceae, and Mushroom genus, and is a grass-rot, medium-low temperature mushroom. It is one of the edible fungi with the longest cultivation history, the widest cultivation area, the largest total output, and the largest cultivation volume in the world. It is also the variety with the largest cultivation area and the largest export earnings in my country (Gong Jianguo, 2011). Mushrooms are different from green plants in that they do not contain chlorophyll in their mycelia, so they cannot directly use solar energy; they are also different from other wood-destroying fungi. The culture substrate for mushroom cultivation ne...
