Abstract

The prepolymer solution is prepared from 100 wt% of methylene diisocyanate, and the methylene diisocyanate contains 11 wt%-15 wt% of NCO. The resin solution comprises 46 wt%-51 wt% of polyoxypropylene diamine, 8 wt%-10 wt% of polyether triamine with a molecular weight of 5000, 16 wt%-19 wt% of polydiphenyl amine, 9 wt %-20 wt % of modified amino silicon resin, 3 wt %-10 wt % of modified fluororesin, 6 wt %-9 wt % of modified resin filler, 1 wt %-2 wt % of a binder and 0.5 wt %-2 wt % of a pigment.
