Abstract

The invention relates to a functional magnetic material for selective separation of pepsase, wherein the functional magnetic material is prepared by the following preparation steps: preparing ferroferric oxide particles, namely preparing silicon dioxide-coated ferroferric oxide particles by using tetraethoxysilane as a silicon source; adding functional monomers containing glycosyl and positive charges into an aqueous solution, freely polymerizing with allyl triethoxysilane in the presence of an initiator, introducing nitrogen into the mixed solution to remove oxygen, and carrying out a reaction at normal temperature; after the polymerization is finished, adding ferroferric oxide coated with silicon dioxide, and carrying out a reaction in a water bath; and washing the obtained material withdistilled water, and drying to obtain the material. The functional magnetic material disclosed by the invention is good in biocompatibility and good in dispersity; the material has the advantages ofuniform particle size, strong adsorption performance on pepsase, stable performance, realization of repeated use, repeated use for at least six times, realization of the separation of pepsase after the material is placed in a room temperature dry environment for half a year, great saving of the use production cost, and wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of functionalized materials, in particular to a functional magnetic material for selective separation of pepsin and its application. Background technique [0002] The life activities of organisms are closely related to the interaction between proteins. Some proteins in organisms play a very important role in regulating the physiological functions of organisms. The proteins currently being studied are mainly in vitro proteins, which must be extracted from the tissues of organisms and then analyzed. Pepsin is an important polypeptide hydrolase in the gastrointestinal tract of mammals, so it has important applications in both animal feed nutrition and medicine, and the many characteristics and rich enzyme systems of pepsin provide an important theoretical basis for its full utilization . The focus of its research is mostly on the separation and purification of pepsin from different species. T...
