Embodiment Construction

[0016] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the examples. The embodiments are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0017] 1. Drug susceptibility test of Enterobacter cloacae

[0018] The present invention uses multiple strains of human Enterobacter cloacae (strain samples taken from Ningbo Women and Children's Hospital) as starting strains, and selects cefazolin, cefotaxime, broguementin, meropenem, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, Drug susceptibility tests were performed on 16 commonly used antibiotics, including ciprofloxacin, cefoxetine, minocycline, imipenem, piperacillin, azithromycin, nitrofurantoin, and gentamicin.

[0019] The pure colonies picked and cultured for 18-24 hours were evenly dissolved in 2-5 mL sterile saline, and the turbidity was adjusted to be equal to that of a 0.5 McFarland turbidimetric tube. Aseptically draw 50-200 μL of bacterial solution, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses application of luteolin in inhibiting the growth of multi-drug resistant enterobacter cloacae. Luteolin has a good in-vitro killing effect on multi-drug resistant enterobactercloacae with resistance to cefazolin, cefotaxime, augmentin, meropenem, ofloxacin, levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, cefoxitin, minocycline, imipenem, piperacillin, azithromycin, furantoin, sulfamethoxazole and nalidixic acid, can inhibit the growth of the multi-drug resistant enterobacter cloacae, and has a minimum bactericidal concentration of 0.5mg / mL and a minimum inhibitory concentration of 0.3mg / mL. The invention provides the inhibition effect of luteolin on the multi-drug resistant enterobacter cloacae, and has wide application value in the fields of medicine and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of medicine and food safety, in particular to the application of luteolin in inhibiting the growth of multidrug-resistant Enterobacter cloacae. Background technique [0002] Enterobacter cloacae (Enterobacter cloacae) is a common Gram-negative rod-shaped bacteria (Enterobacteriaceae Enterobacteriaceae), often detected in human and animal feces, can cause opportunistic infections, including lower respiratory tract infections, urinary road infection and meningitis. Enterobacter cloacae can also be isolated from food processing plants, rice, seafood and meat products, where they cause food spoilage. Therefore, Enterobacter cloacae has recently been used as a hygiene indicator in food processing and is one of the most challenging bacterial contaminants in raw meat products and processed vegetables. [0003] In recent years, more and more studies have found that the multidrug resistance rate of Enterobacter cloacae is i...
