Abstract

The invention discloses a heterogeneous wireless network selection method based on an intuitionistic fuzzy number and TOPSIS. The method comprises the following specific steps: S1, acquiring a targetnetwork attribute and a current service type; S2, constructing a target decision matrix according to the obtained target network attribute parameters, and performing normalization processing; S3, constructing intuitive fuzzy analytic hierarchy process models under different service types, and obtaining corresponding network attribute weight matrixes; S4, performing simple multiplication weightingon the obtained network attribute weight matrix and the target decision matrix to obtain a weighted decision matrix; and S5, sorting the weighted decision matrixes by using a TOPSIS method, and switching by taking an optimal result as a final target network. According to the method, semantic importance degree expression is carried out by adopting intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, and uncertainty and fuzziness can be expressed more richly and accord with reality compared with common fuzzy numbers, triangular fuzzy numbers and the like; and the network attribute weight is calculated based on the intuitionistic analytic hierarchy process model, and the optimal selection of the network is realized.
