Abstract

The invention provides an extraction method of total saponins of trillium tschonoskii and a pharmaceutical application thereof. The result shows that the total trillium saponin can effectively inhibitthe proliferation of colon cancer CT26 cells, and the IC50 of the total trillium saponin is 9.28 mu g / mL. Western blotting results show that the total saponins of the trillium tschonoskii can reducethe expression of Ras, Akt, Erk proteins and phosphorylated proteins thereof in a concentration-dependent manner. In-vivo experiments show that compared with a model group, the total saponins of the trillium tschonoskii have good inhibition rates, namely 51.22%, 34.88% and 25.02% respectively, and the total saponins of the trillium tschonoskii have a certain concentration dependence trend. The HEstaining shows that total saponins of trillium tschonoskii can promote apoptosis of colon cancer cells, and large tumor cell necrosis can be seen in the middle and high-dose groups.
