The PVC environment-friendly color master batch is prepared by the following steps: S1, drying raw materials; S2, premixing; S3, obtaining a premix; and S4, carrying out extrusion granulation and water-cooling grain-sized dicing. A resin matrix adopted in the color master batch disclosed by the invention is used as a carrier of pigment, and the resin matrix comprises PVC resin, polylactic acid and polycarbonate resin.
