Problems solved by technology

However, both sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid are hazardous chemicals. Firstly, the national control is relatively strict and it is not easy to purchase. Second, there will be safety hazards in the process of transportation, storage and use, and they contain a large amount of sulfate ions. risk of salinization

Abstract

The invention provides a method for acidifying cow dung sewage by cucurbitaceous vegetable straws. The method specifically includes: firstly, carrying out anaerobic fermentation on liquid produced bymechanical squeezing of fresh cucurbitaceous vegetable straws to obtain an acidifying agent, then adding the acidifying agent into cow dung sewage for acidifying treatment, conducting stirring continuously until the pH value of the cow dung sewage is 5.0-6.5, then covering the cow dung sewage with the dried and cut cucurbitaceous vegetable straw solid residue uniformly, and then performing storagefor a period of time. According to the invention, after application of cucurbitaceous vegetable straws to acidifying treatment on cow dung sewage, the treated cow dung sewage has pH of less than or equal to 6.5 in the storage process, the ammonia volatilization is reduced by more than 95% or more, the nitrogen content is increased by 40% above, after direct return of the treated cow dung sewage to field for application, compared with unacidified cow dung sewage, the fertilizer efficiency is improved by 60% or above, the treated cow dung sewage replaces industrial sulfuric acid and phosphoricacid, not only reaches the purposes of acidifying cow dung sewage, increasing the nutrient content of dung sewage, but also solving the problem of difficult treatment of cucurbitaceous vegetable straws.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of animal husbandry manure treatment, in particular to a method for acidifying milk cow manure sewage with melon and vegetable stalks. Background technique [0002] The development level of the dairy farming industry is a very important symbol of the development level of animal husbandry and even the whole agriculture. In recent years, the adjustment of agricultural structure and the advancement of agricultural industrialization have led to the rapid development of large-scale dairy cow breeding, but the problem that follows is a large amount of manure generated during the production process. A preliminary survey of several large-scale dairy farming enterprises in North China found that after the solid-liquid separation of dairy cow manure in most farms, the solid manure is used as bedding material or produced as organic fertilizer, and the liquid (fecal sewage) is directly stored in the storage tank After ...
