The fault arc monitoring circuit comprises a current acquisition circuit, a voltage acquisition circuit and an AD circuit; the current acquisition circuit comprises a Hall effect current sensor and an operational amplifier circuit, and the Hall effect current sensor is connected with a live wire L of 220V electric supply in series; the voltage acquisition circuit comprises a voltage division circuit and a signal biasing circuit; the AD circuit comprises an analog-to-digital conversion chip, and the output terminals ofthe current acquisition circuit and the voltage acquisition circuit are respectively connected with two channels of the analog-to-digital conversion chip; and the analog-to-digital conversion chip isconnected with a smart socket microcontroller by virtue of a single SDO mode or double SDO mode of a serial peripheral interface (SPI).
