Embodiment 1

[0038] see figure 1 , an experimental device that uses magnetic fluid to measure the opening of a certain point in rock fissures and calibrates the seepage pressure value. It includes a pressure bearing plate 1, and the top of the pressure bearing plate 1 is passed through a plurality of non-magnetic screw rods 2 and non-magnetic pressure bars. 3. A top plate 8 is installed, and a pressurized air cushion 6 is arranged between the pressure bearing plate 1 and the top plate 8. A sample is arranged between the top of the pressurized air cushion 6 and the bottom of the top plate 8. Between the sample and the top plate 8 A fluid filling device for strengthening the filling of magnetic fluid 10 is arranged between them; an angle measuring instrument 5 is fixed at the bottom of the pressure bearing plate 1 , and an electromagnet 11 is fixed at the top of the top plate 8 .

[0039] Further, the pressure bearing plate 1 is fixed on the top of the universal rotating ball joint 4 through...

Embodiment 2

[0045] Said an experimental method of an experimental device using a magnetic fluid to measure the opening of a certain point of a rock fissure and a calibrated seepage pressure value, it comprises the following steps:

[0046] Step1: Select the rock sample used in the experiment, and use the rock mechanics RMT-150C tester to split the rock sample to obtain an artificial rough crack surface that completely overlaps and is parallel to the axial direction and runs through the entire sample;

[0047] Step2: Cut the split rock sample into a cuboid sample, and polish the sample smoothly;

[0048] Step3: Turn over the opposite side of the split sample after cutting. The overmolded material is silica gel with 5% hardener and high-definition transparent unsaturated resin with additives, so as to obtain the opposite side of the test rock sample;

[0049] Step4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 to obtain another opposite side of the test rock sample;

[0050] Step5: Assemble the rock-like transparen...

Abstract

The invention relates to an experimental device for measuring an opening degree of a certain point of a rock fracture and calibrating an osmotic pressure value by utilizing a magnetic fluid. The experimental device comprises a bearing plate with a plurality of small holes on the periphery, a plurality of threaded non-magnetic steel rods, a non-magnetic pressurizing steel bar with holes at two ends, an angle measuring instrument with a universal rotating spherical hinge and arranged on the bearing plate, a pressurizing air cushion, a nitrogen cylinder, a transparent acrylic plate, a pressurizing pump, the magnetic fluid and an electromagnet. The pressurizing pump is used for pressing water into the cracks of a test rock sample and a rock-like transparent resin plate, the water pressure is continuously increased, so that the water flow impacts the magnet fluid adsorbed by the electromagnet until the water flow breaks through the magnetic fluid to produce leakage, and the magnetic fluid begins producing displacement, thereby obtaining the relation among the magnetic force, the crack opening degree, the osmotic pressure and the magnetic fluid viscosity. The experimental device disclosed by the invention cannot be interfered by the electromagnet, the flowing state of the magnetic fluid can be easily observed, the flowing of the concrete can be well simulated, the rock sample can reach visualization, and an effect can be easily observed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of rock fissure experimental devices, in particular to an experimental device and method for measuring the opening of a certain point of a rock fissure and calibrating the seepage pressure value by using a magnetic fluid. Background technique [0002] Tunnel water leakage is a common disease in built tunnels. Water leakage makes the road surface slippery, threatening driving safety; water leakage increases the humidity in the tunnel; water leakage in cold regions can also cause various freezing injuries, further deteriorating the operating environment of the tunnel. Tunnel water leakage is a prominent problem to be solved in tunnel design, construction and operation. In the process of repairing leaks in tunnels, the first step in repairing leaks is to quickly determine the parts that are most likely to leak first, and to take appropriate measures to remedy them. After determining the best location for leak repair, d...
