Problems solved by technology

[0009] The existing wound dressings also have the following disadvantages: (1) poor moisturizing ability, easy to adhere to the wound surface; (2) the antibacterial performance of single-component antibacterial hydrogel is weak, and cannot meet the complex antibacterial requirements in clinical practice; (3) nanometer Silver itself has potential cytotoxicity, and the preparation method has potential safety hazards; (4) The raw materials for preparing hydrogels and the use of reagents in the preparation process have potential safety hazards; (5) The mechanical properties are generally poor

preparation example Construction

[0029] The invention discloses a preparation method of a 3D printed hydrogel wound dressing with long-acting antibacterial effect. Preparation materials include: raw materials for reducing nano-silver: sodium alginate, silver nitrate; raw materials for building hydrogel: polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl chitosan, sodium alginate, deionized water; raw materials for cross-linked hydrogel : Calcium chloride.

[0030] Such as figure 1 As shown, the preparation process:

[0031] (1) prepare nano-silver-sodium alginate;

[0032] (2) prepare polyvinyl alcohol / carboxymethyl chitosan / sodium alginate solution;

[0033] (3) Prepare the solution to be printed;

[0034] (4) 3D printing hydrogel on non-woven fabric;

[0035] (5) The sample prepared in step 4 was cross-linked (freezing-thawing and soaking in calcium chloride); thereby obtaining a silver-loaded polyvinyl alcohol / carboxymethyl chitosan / sodium alginate hydrogel wound dressing.

[0036] The prepared hydrogel wound dressing...

Embodiment 1

[0039] 1) Reduction of nano-silver: dissolving sodium alginate in deionized water, heating in a water bath at 50° C. and fully stirring to obtain a sodium alginate solution with a mass fraction of 0.2%; preparing a silver nitrate solution with a mass fraction of 1%. The silver nitrate solution was added dropwise to the sodium alginate solution at a mass ratio of 1:100, reacted at 90°C in the dark for more than 10 hours, and stirred vigorously to obtain a yellow nano-silver-sodium alginate solution.

[0040] 2) Preparation of polyvinyl alcohol / carboxymethyl chitosan / sodium alginate solution: Dissolve polyvinyl alcohol in deionized water, fully swell, heat and stir in a water bath at 95° C., and fully dissolve. Add carboxymethyl chitosan and sodium alginate, and stir evenly at 50° C. to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol / carboxymethyl chitosan / sodium alginate solution.

[0041] 3) Preparation of the solution to be printed: Mix the nano-silver-sodium alginate solution and the polyvinyl a...

Embodiment 2

[0045] 1) Reduction of nano-silver: dissolving sodium alginate in deionized water, heating in a water bath at 50° C. and fully stirring to obtain a sodium alginate solution with a mass fraction of 0.2%; preparing a silver nitrate solution with a mass fraction of 1%. The silver nitrate solution was added dropwise to the sodium alginate solution at a mass ratio of 3:100, reacted at 90°C in the dark for more than 10 hours, and stirred vigorously to obtain a yellow nano-silver-sodium alginate solution.

[0046] 2) Preparation of polyvinyl alcohol / carboxymethyl chitosan / sodium alginate solution: Dissolve polyvinyl alcohol in deionized water, fully swell, heat and stir in a water bath at 95° C., and fully dissolve. Add carboxymethyl chitosan and sodium alginate, and stir evenly at 50° C. to obtain a polyvinyl alcohol / carboxymethyl chitosan / sodium alginate solution.

[0047] 3) Preparation of the solution to be printed: Mix the nano-silver-sodium alginate solution and the polyvinyl a...

Abstract

The invention discloses 3D-printed hydrogel wound dressing with a long-acting antibacterial effect. Raw materials for nanosilver reduction include sodium alginate and silver nitrate; raw materials forhydrogel construction include polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl chitosan / chitosan, sodium alginate and deionized water; calcium chloride is adopted as a raw material for hydrogel cross linking. A preparation process includes: (1) preparing nanosilver-sodium alginate solution; (2) preparing polyvinyl alcohol / carboxymethyl chitosan / sodium alginate solution; (3) preparing to-be-printed solution; (4)performing 3D printing of hydrogel on a nonwoven fabric; (5) subjecting a sample prepared in the step 4 to cross linking (freezing-unfreezing and soaking in calcium chloride) to obtain the sodium alginate antibacterial hydrogel wound dressing. The sodium alginate antibacterial hydrogel wound dressing meets requirements of ideal dressing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of wound dressings for human body, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a 3D printed hydrogel wound dressing with long-acting antibacterial effect. Background technique [0002] The skin is the largest organ of the human body and plays an important role in physical, chemical and biological barrier protection for the human body. When the skin is damaged in a large area or cannot heal for a long time, it will cause many local or even systemic problems, such as increased metabolism, excessive loss of water and protein, and immune system disorders, which may be life-threatening in severe cases. [0003] When the skin is damaged, wound dressings are usually used to replace the damaged skin to provide temporary protection, avoid or control wound infection, prevent severe dehydration of the wound, and provide a suitable healing environment. Traditional dressing is currently the most widely used cli...
