Problems solved by technology

However, the onset of aortic dissection is rapid, and often a few hours after the onset of the patient's onset, the aorta may tear and eventually die
On the one hand, due to the long time-consuming diagnostic methods such as CT or aortic angiography, on the other hand, the symptoms of aortic dissection are similar to those of other cardiovascular diseases, such as acute coronary syndrome and aortic aneurysm. Often when the diagnosis is unclear, the patient has ruptured the artery or even died. At present, there is no rapid diagnostic molecular marker that can be used to assist the differential diagnosis and risk assessment

Embodiment Construction

[0022] The present application will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0023] 1. High-throughput screening process

[0024] refer to figure 1 , before performing high-throughput screening for molecular markers of aortic dissection, first screen the test samples, and the specific steps are as follows:

[0025] (1) Include 5997 clinically diagnosed chest pain patients from clinical cases;

[0026] (2) After excluding 846 patients with stable angina pectoris and 859 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm, there were 4292 patients with acute coronary syndrome and aortic dissection;

[0027] (3) After further excluding patients younger than 18 years old, pregnant women and patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, there were 77 patients with aortic dissection and 73 patients with acute coronary syndrome;

[0028] (4) Select 15 of 77 patients with aortic dissection, and select 15 of 73 patients ...

Abstract

The present invention discloses a diagnostic marker for aortic dissection. The diagnostic marker comprises at least one of a protein inhibitor 16 and fibrinogen-like protein 1. The present invention also discloses an application of the diagnostic marker for aortic dissection in diagnosis of the aortic dissection, an application of the diagnostic marker for aortic dissection in production of diagnostic products for diagnosis of the aortic dissection, an application of the diagnostic marker for aortic dissection for distinguishing the aortic dissection from acute coronary syndrome and an application of the diagnostic marker for aortic dissection in production of diagnostic products for distinguishing the aortic dissection from acute coronary syndrome. The diagnostic marker for aortic dissection is screened out by proteomic principles, and verified by a large number of samples. The diagnostic marker for aortic dissection can effectively improve diagnostic rate of the aortic dissection anddiagnostic rate for distinguishing the aortic dissection from acute coronary syndrome.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of biological detection, in particular to a diagnostic marker for aortic dissection and its application. Background technique [0002] Aortic dissection refers to a state in which the blood in the aortic lumen enters the aortic media from the aortic intima tear, separates the media, and expands along the long axis of the aorta to form a true and false two-chamber separation state of the aortic wall. 65% to 70% of the disease died of cardiac tamponade and arrhythmia in the acute stage. Early diagnosis and treatment are very necessary. At present, common echocardiography, CT, MRI and other examinations are of great help in establishing the diagnosis of aortic dissection, and aortic angiography or IVUS can be considered for those who plan to undergo surgical treatment. However, the onset of aortic dissection is rapid, and often a few hours after the onset of the patient's onset, the aorta may tear an...
