The air supply system of the air conditioner comprises an air source heat pump,a water circulation system, a side wall partition pore plate cooling and heating system, a ground heating system, an air supply system body, a floor return air system, an exhaust system and a feedbacksignal controller, wherein the side wall partition pore plate cooling and heating system is used as an air supply terminal for conveying air indoors and adjusting indoor temperature through heat radiation; the floor return air system is used for recovering indoor air and delivering the air to the air supply system body; and the exhaust system is used for exhausting the indoor air. According to the air supply system of the air conditioner, the air source heat pump is adopted as an energy source, so that the utilization of renewable energy by the system is effectively improved, and the energy is saved; the ground heating system and the side wall partition pore plate cooling and heating system bear indoor cold and hot loads and wet loads, the indoor temperature field and speed field are uniformly distributed, the air age is short, and the indoor vertical temperature gradient and horizontal temperature gradient can meet the thermal comfort requirement of a human body; and the running state of each unit is effectively adjusted through the feedback signal controller, so that unnecessary energy waste is reduced.
