The low-odor low-temperature-resistant synthetic rubber leather comprises a base fabric layer, a hot melt adhesive layer, a synthetic rubber layer and a surface layer which are laminated in sequence; the hot melt adhesive layer is an EVA hot melt adhesive layer or an SIS adhesive layer. The synthetic rubber layer is prepared from, by weight, 70-90 parts of synthetic rubber, 10-30 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.02-0.06 part of a light stabilizer, 0.02-0.06 part of an antioxidant and 2-6 parts of a cross-linking agent. A preparation method of the synthetic rubber leather comprises the following steps of (1) preparation of a base fabric attachment adhesive; (2) compounding of the synthetic rubber layer; (3)PU film treatment; (4) treatment of a pattern removal machine. The physical properties of the synthetic rubber leather can compare favourably with those of polyvinyl chloride synthetic leather, the handfeeling of the synthetic rubber leather can compare favourably with that of polyurethane synthetic leather, and the synthetic rubber leather has the advantages of being resistant to low-temperaturebending, free of VOC and DMF and environmentally friendly.
