Abstract

The invention discloses an anhydrous nonmetallic pentazole ion salt and a preparation method thereof. A chemical structural formula of the nonmetallic salt is Cat(N5)n. When Cat is positive monovalentnon-metallic ammonium, guanidine, hydrazine, hydroxylamine, guanylurea, or oxalylhydrazine cation, n = 1. When the Cat is positive divalent non-metallic carbohydrazide, 4,4', 5,5'-tetraamino-3,3'-1,2,4-triazole or 6,7-dihydro-bis([1,2,4] triazolo)[1,2,4,5]tetraaza-3,9-diamine(575) cation, n = 2. The anhydrous nonmetallic pentazole ion salt is prepared by using a pentazolium sodium salt hydrate [Na(H2O)(N5)]2H2O and non-metallic cation hydrochloride as raw materials, using water as a solvent and carrying out ultrasonic dissolution, drying and repeated recrystallization with methanol. The process of the invention is simple and efficient. The prepared pentazole ion salt has obvious hydrogen bond interaction and high structural stability and is a high-nitrogen energetic material with good comprehensive performance.
