The sandwich film coating layer is prepared from deionized water, sodium alginate, ethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol andglycerin. The bio-release permeable membrane layer is prepared from cellulose acetate fibers, shrimp shell powder, argy wormwood leaf powder, polyacrylamide, mineral oil, polyhydroxyalkanoate and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate.
