The invention discloses ecological porous concrete, which comprises, by weight, 1-30 parts of a low-alkalinity cementing material, 1-10 parts of water, 0.1-5 parts of a macromolecule polymer, 0.1-3 parts of a water reducing agent, and 65-90 parts of stone. The invention further discloses a preparation method and applications of the ecological porous concrete. According to the present invention, the ecological porous concrete has characteristics of high mechanical property, high porosity and high durability; the pH value of the solution in the pores of the concrete is low after the hydration ofthe low-alkalinity cementing material; the comprehensive utilization of industrial waste can be achieved, and the production cost of ecological porous concrete can be reduced; the preparation methodis simple and easy to operate; and the ecological porous concrete can be used in ecological slope protection, slope greening, isolation belt greening and mine greening engineering.
