Problems solved by technology

Seawater plants, such as seaweed, can absorb ammonia nitrogen, nitrous acid, nitrate, etc. in seawater and convert them into their own cell substances, with relatively high efficiency, but they are rarely introduced into the process of recirculating aquaculture treatment

Embodiment 1

[0042] The present invention is tested in a breeding enterprise in Tanggu District, Tianjin, where an indoor treatment shed is built, and a biofilm reactor-algae treatment pool combined system is constructed, which is used for research on the reuse of cultured water after purification. Set up a biofilm reactor-algae treatment tank combined system (marked in the figure - algae) and a biofilm reactor (marked in the figure - blank), and the initial concentration of inorganic nitrogen (ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, nitrate) in the aquaculture water is as high as 5mg / L, the initial concentration of inorganic phosphorus is as high as 0.5mg / L, and the suspended solids can reach 50mg / L. After being treated by this device, the removal rate of inorganic nitrogen, inorganic phosphorus and suspended matter can reach more than 90%. Figure 3-4 shown.

[0043]The invention provides a treatment system for eliminating inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus in aquaculture water, which converts ammon...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of seawater culture, and especially relates to a processing system used for eliminating inorganic nitrogen and phosphor in culture water body. The processing system comprises a biomembrane reactor, a middle tank, an algae tank, and a water outlet tank which are connected successively; in the biomembrane reactor, biomembrane attached onto a filling material is adopted to remove dissolved ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen in water body, and reduce organic matter content; water in the biomembrane reactor flows into the middle tank through overflowing; in the middle tank, suspension of filter feeding shellfish is adopted to filter particular organic matters; the algae tank is communicated with the middle tank; seawater algae used for absorbing dissolved nitrogen and phosphor nutritive salts in water body is arranged in the algae tank; water in the algae tank flows into the water outlet tank through overflowing; and the water outlet tank is provided with a water discharge pipe. The processing system is high in automation degree and controllability, relatively small in occupied land area, high in culture waste water processing amount in unit time, and is capable of eliminating inorganic nitrogen and phosphor completely.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of marine aquaculture, and in particular relates to a treatment system for eliminating inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus in aquaculture water. Background technique [0002] China is a big country in aquaculture, and its aquaculture production ranks first in the world. According to the 2019 China Fishery Statistical Yearbook, my country's aquaculture output in 2018 was 49.9106 million tons, far exceeding the catch. In the past two decades, the mariculture industry has developed rapidly in China, and recirculating aquaculture is highly sought after as a controllable, efficient and environmentally friendly land-based farming model. However, due to the low water exchange rate and the nitrification of the biological filter in the circulating aquaculture system, it is extremely easy to cause the accumulation of inorganic nitrogen and phosphorus in the water body, and the concentration of inorganic nitrogen can ac...
