The skin care composition comprises following raw material components in percentage by weight: 1%-5% of an anti-irritating agent, 5%-20% of a skin soothing agent, 5%-25% of a skin barrier repairing agent and 5%-20% of an epidermal growth accelerant, wherein the anti-irritating agent is hydrolyzed royal jelly; the skin soothing agent comprises white birch skin extract and a scrophularia nodosa extract; the skin barrier repairing agent is prepared from one or combination of phytosterol, squalane, wheat germ oil and batyl alcohol; the epidermal growth accelerant is prepared from one or combination of inositol, a lactobacillus fermented lysis product and milk protein.
