The filter comprises N parallel interpolation modules which are used for carrying out interpolation on N paths of data which are interleaved in parallel and outputting S paths of data which are interleaved in parallel and interpolated, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and S is an integer greater than or equal to N; D parallel extraction modules which are used for extractingthe S paths of data and outputting the extracted data in parallel, wherein D is an extraction factor; and D parallel sub-filters which are used for filtering the extracted data.
