Problems solved by technology

However, after pesticide application, only a small part acts on the target crops, and most of them enter the environmental media such as soil, groundwater, rivers and lakes through rain and fog leaching, surface runoff, atmospheric deposition and food chains, etc., which are harmful to ecological security and human beings. health risks
[0003] At present, the research on the toxic effects of pesticides mainly focuses on plants, aquatic animals and mammals, and there are fewer studies on terrestrial insects.

Embodiment 1

[0042] Reagent preparation: Tebuconazole, with a purity of 97%, was purchased from Shanghai Beide Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide. Add equal volumes of stock solutions with different concentrations to the specified concentration in the standard medium, and add equal volumes of dimethyl sulfoxide in the blank control group.

[0043] Exposure conditions: set up 2 experimental groups, 5 parallels in each group; blank control (without tebuconazole), and tebuconazole group (10 mg / L). 20 third-instar larvae were placed in each parallel experimental group for infection culture, and cultured under standard culture conditions for 7 days. The other group was cultured under standard culture conditions for 6h, 12h and 30h, then the trypan blue staining experiment was carried out. The culture medium is 77.7g cornmeal, 32.19g yeast, 10.6g agar, 0.726g CaCl 2 , 31.62g sucrose, 63.2g glucose, 2g potassium sorbate and 15ml 5% butylparaben solution. Th...

Abstract

The invention provides a method for assessing development toxicity of triazole pesticides with drosophila melanogaster and belongs to the technical field of toxicity studies. The method comprises 1) culturing three-instar larvae of the drosophila melanogaster on a solid medium containing a triazole pesticide, and daily recording the pupation rate, the eclosion rate and the body weight of the drosophila melanogaster; 2) culturing another third-instar larvae of the drosophila melanogaster on a solid medium, and daily recording the pupation rate, the eclosion rate and the body weight of the drosophila melanogaster; 3) when any one of the pupation rate, the eclosion rate and the body weight of the drosophila melanogaster of the step 1) is different from that of the pupation rate, the eclosionrate and the body weight of the drosophila melanogaster of the step 2), determining that the triazole pesticide has development toxicity. The method for assessing development toxicity of the triazolepesticides with the drosophila melanogaster can help accurately assess the development toxicity of the triazole pesticides and provide theoretical and experimental data support for reasonable dosage and concentration of the triazole pesticides during agricultural application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of toxicity research, and in particular relates to a method for evaluating the growth and development toxicity of triazole pesticides by using Drosophila melanogaster. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the production and utilization of pesticides have increased significantly, including insecticides, acaricides, fungicides, herbicides, and plant growth regulators. Triazole fungicides have ranked first in the global market sales in the past ten years, and have become the main category of fungicides in the world. They mainly affect the formation of cell membranes by interfering with cytochrome P450 and inhibiting the synthesis of sterols. Utilizing the high-efficiency, broad-spectrum, and systemic properties of triazole pesticides, they have been applied to the control of fungal diseases on fruits, nuts, cereals, vegetables and other crops. However, after pesticide application, only a small part a...
