The invention found that the seabuckthorn seed oil has good prevention effect onpolycystic ovarian syndrome, and through rigorous scientific experiments, the seabuckthorn seed oil has been proved to be capable of preventing the development of polycystic ovarian syndrome of mice,preventing polycystic lesion of ovary, preventing estrous cycle disorder, protecting in vivo glucostasis of mice, maintaining weight stable, and the like. The application provided by the invention provides evidence and basis for the directly use of the seabuckthorn seed oil for preventing the polycystic ovarian syndrome.
