Problems solved by technology

Traditional adsorption-type cathode materials are usually microporous activated carbons, which have a large number of uncontrollable microporous structures (<2nm) and are difficult to store
Therefore, in practice, traditional adsorption-type activated carbon materials usually have limited capacity in Li-ion electrolytes, which greatly limits the energy density of the entire Li-ion hybrid capacitor.

Embodiment 1

[0038] This embodiment relates to a method for preparing a nitrogen-doped porous carbon material for a lithium-ion hybrid capacitor based on a brown algae egg-box structure, comprising the following steps:

[0039] (1) Get a certain amount of natural kelp harvested in seawater and dry it in the sun. Dissolve 40g of urea in 360mL of deionized water to prepare a urea solution. Take 20g of dried kelp and immerse in the prepared urea solution, and soak for 24 hours under vacuum condition, so that the urea can be fully immersed in the kelp. Then the kelp soaked in urea is air-dried.

[0040] (2) Put the dried urea-containing kelp in a tube furnace, under the protection of nitrogen, calcinate at a temperature of 1000° C. for 2 hours, take it out after cooling.

[0041] (3) The carbonized sample was placed in 500 mL of hydrochloric acid solution (5 mol / L), magnetically stirred for 12 hours, filtered with suction, and washed repeatedly with deionized water until the pH value was 7. ...

Embodiment 2

[0046] This embodiment relates to a method for preparing a nitrogen-doped porous carbon material for a lithium-ion hybrid capacitor based on a brown algae egg-box structure, comprising the following steps:

[0047] (1) Dissolve 25g of calcium chloride in 500mL of deionized water and stir evenly to form a solution. Take 20g of dried sea fungus (a kind of brown algae) and soak it in the calcium chloride solution to make it fully cross-linked and dry. Get 100g urea and dissolve in 180mL deionized water to make urea solution. Immerse the pre-crosslinked sea fungus in the above urea solution for 24 hours under a vacuum condition to fully infiltrate the urea, and then dry the sample.

[0048] (2) Put the dried sea fungus containing urea in a tube furnace, under the protection of nitrogen, calcinate at 800° C. for 2 hours and take it out after cooling.

[0049] (3) The carbonized sample was placed in 500 mL of hydrochloric acid solution (5 mol / L), heated to 60° C., magnetically sti...

Embodiment 3

[0054] This embodiment relates to a method for preparing a nitrogen-doped porous carbon material for a lithium-ion hybrid capacitor based on a brown algae egg-box structure, comprising the following steps:

[0055] (1) Select a certain amount of undaria pinnatae grown in seawater, weigh 50g after drying. Dissolve 10 g of urea in 300 mL of deionized water to prepare a urea solution. Immerse 50 g of dried wakame in the above urea solution, vacuumize for 24 hours to fully penetrate the urea, and then dry the sample.

[0056] (2) Put the dried urea-containing wakame in a tube furnace, under the protection of nitrogen, calcinate at 600° C. for 2 hours, take it out after cooling.

[0057] (3) The carbonized sample was placed in 500 mL of hydrochloric acid solution (5 mol / L), magnetically stirred for 12 hours, filtered with suction, and washed repeatedly with deionized water until the pH value was 7. The pickled samples were air-dried.

[0058] (4) Take 10 g of pickled and dried w...

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a brown alga egg-box structure-based nitrogen-doping porous carbon positive electrode material for lithium storage. The preparation method comprises thesteps of firstly, loading a nitrogen-containing compound in a pre-crosslinked brown alga precursor by an immersion method; secondly, preparing to obtain a nitrogen-doping mesoporous carbon intermediate body by a mode of carbonization and pickling; and finally, obtaining the nitrogen-doping porous carbon material by chemical activating. The ordered mesoporous structure is cross-linked and introduced to the carbon intermediate body, and higher activation area is provided for subsequent chemical activation by mesoporous; meanwhile, the nitrogen-containing compound is immersed in the precursor, atraditional nitrogen doping mode is simplified, and the surface chemical activity of the porous carbon material is improved by doping of a nitrogen element; and therefore, the prepared nitrogen-dopingporous carbon material is inherited with original three-dimensional porous passages of brown alga and also has the property of artificially-controlled mesoporous and nitrogen-doping graphitized carbon, and the nitrogen-doping porous carbon material is provided with rich ion and electron transmission passages and has favorable surface chemical activity when used as a lithium ion hybrid capacitor positive electrode.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of lithium storage carbon materials, in particular to a method for preparing a nitrogen-doped porous carbon cathode material for lithium storage based on a brown algae egg-box structure. Background technique [0002] Extensive consumption of fossil fuels such as coal and oil has not only brought about a global energy crisis, but also serious environmental pollution and climate problems. New clean energy sources such as solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, and tidal energy cannot be continuously used in time and space. The development of energy storage technology has become a global research hotspot. Supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries are currently the most widely used energy storage devices. Supercapacitors use the electrostatic adsorption of electrode materials to store energy, with fast response and high power density (>10kW kg -1 ), long cycle life (>100,000 times), but limited en...
