Firstly, soil of the zinc and organic matter composite polluted site is taken, sand stone is removed, the soil is subjected to crushing treatment, and 2-5 mm of soil particles are obtained; the soil particles are thrown into a diluted hydrochloric acid solution to be sufficiently stirred, and filtering-out and dryingare conducted; coal ash and activated aluminum oxide are added, mixing and stirring are evenly conducted, the mixture is conveyed into a vacuum stirring pyrolysis device, heating is conducted to 740-750 DEG C, stirring and overturning are constantly conducted, and heat preservation is conducted for 30 min; zinc chloride in the soil is volatilized under the condition of the high temperature and isseparated from gaps in the soil to be pumped away from the vacuum stirring pyrolysis device together with organic matter decomposed and volatilized at the same time, and collection is achieved in a condenser; and the treated soil is subjected to grinding treatment, calcium oxide and potassium humate are added for conducting mixing and stirring treatment, and the repaired soil is obtained.
