Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a laminated fabric by using a modified PTFE membrane and a polyester woven fabric and relates to the technical field of material compounding. The methodfor preparing the laminated fabric by using the modified PTFE membrane and the polyester woven fabric comprises the following steps of 1, moisturizing, heating and modifying a PTFE microporous membrane; 2, setting a polyester fabric at 130-160 degrees centigrade, and calendering the set polyester fabric at 150-200 degrees centigrade; and 3, compounding the PTFE microporous membrane and the high-density polyester fabric, wherein the main process in the step 1 is drying and preheating the impurity-removed PTFE microporous membrane at 30-50 degrees centigrade, and the pre-heated PTFE microporousmembrane is heated in a 250-420 degrees centigrade heating furnace for 4 min in a temperature changing manner. The method for preparing the laminated fabric by using the modified PTFE membrane and thepolyester woven fabric, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages that the process is simple and the prepared PTFE microporous membrane possesses stronger hydrophobic property and adhesion by heating and improving the PTFE microporous membrane; and a phenomenon that the hydrophobic property and the adhesion of an original PTFE microporous membrane are incompatible is eliminated.
