[0083] Specific primers were designed according to the porcine circovirus type 2 isolated above, and 42 suspected PCV2-positive samples collected from pig farms with sporadic disease after immunization with commercialized PCV2 vaccine were analyzed by quantitative PCR, and 16 strains of PCV2 virus were screened and isolated. Among these 16 strains, the homology of the nucleotide sequence of the genome is as high as 99.6-100%, and the homology of the amino acid sequence of the Cap protein is as high as 99.5-100%. Further analysis belongs to the same genotype. Through the animal pathogenicity test and immunogenicity test, a PCV2 virus strain with strong pathogenicity, good immunogenicity and broad-spectrum was finally screened. The porcine circovirus type 2 virus was named as porcine circovirus type 2 HH3 strain and submitted for deposit.
