Abstract

The calcium silicate plate comprises a substrate and a cured layer, and the cured layer is located on the outer surface of the substrate, wherein thesubstrate comprises, by mass, 20-28 parts of cement, 2-4 parts of mica powder, 25-38 parts of quartz tailings, 10-20 parts of plant fibers, 20-28 parts of paper fibers and 3-8 parts of slaked lime powder; and the cured layer comprises, by mass, 2-5 parts of waterborne epoxy resin and 0.3-0.8 part of a waterborne epoxy curing agent. The purpose of corrosion resistance is achieved by reasonable component combination of the substrate and coating of the outer surface of the substrate with the cured layer. The calcium silicate plate has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, prolongation of the service life, and maintenance of other characteristics of the calcium silicate plates. The invention also provides a production method of the calcium silicate plate. The method has the advantages of simple structure and easiness in realization.
