Abstract

The invention provides a nuclear magnetic resonance (MRS) localization spectrum method for non-invasively observing an emulsion formation process. The nuclear magnetic resonance localization spectrummethod comprises the following steps: preparing emulsion and sufficiently shaking and mixing by utilizing a vortex oscillator; introducing PRESS and GEMS pulse sequences of a nuclear magnetic resonance localization spectrum on a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer; setting pulse sequence parameters and sampling parameters and carrying out data acquisition and data post-processing to obtain high-resolution MRS spectrums of different space positions and a GEMS image of a whole body of a sample; carrying out integration on oil signal strength in the MRS spectrum and obtaining stable formationtime of the emulsion and judging the thickness of an emulsifying layer through analyzing an evolution law of the signal strength at the different space positions.
