The averaging circuit comprises a first counter, a second counter and a first digital-to-analog conversion module. The first counter is used for receiving a first dimming signal including the conduction angle information of a thyristor dimmer, and counting the first dimming signal in each power frequency period to acquire a first count value used for characterizing the conduction angle. The second counter is connected with the first counter, and maintains the first count value in each power frequency period.
