Abstract

The invention relates to the field of design and synthesis of novel fluorescent powder and spectrum regulation and control, and in particular to self-activated fluorescent powder for achieving spectrum adjustability through cation substitution. The fluorescent powder is made of phosphate as a matrix, the chemical formula of the phosphate is Ca2-xAxBa3(PO4)2SiO4, and in the formula, A is one or twoelements of Sr and Mg; x is a mole doping amount of A<2+> ions which are adopted to dope and substitute crystal lattice sites of Ca<2+>. At a sintering temperature and under conditions of same otherenvironments, regulation and control on the emission spectrum of the self-activated fluorescent powder is achieved by adjusting the A<2+> ion doping amount. The fluorescent powder is synthesized through a conventional high-temperature solid-phase method, is simple in synthesis method, easy to operate and good in repeatability, and in addition, as self-activated fluorescent powder, the fluorescentpowder is free of rare-earth ions as activation ions, so that the preparation cost can be greatly reduced. The fluorescent powder provided by the invention can be effectively activated by ultravioletlight of 220-300nm.
