The machine comprises a dispersing machine, a dip angle conveying mechanism and a grinding machine; a discharge port of the dispersing machine is connected with the dip angle conveying mechanism; and the tail end of the dip angle conveying mechanism is connected with a feed port of the grinding machine. Inthe ore self-circulation dispersion and grinding all-in-one machine, ores are treated by the grinding machine and transferred to the dispersing machine through a pipe for redispersion, so that the ores can be effectively further extracted, screened and retreated to achieve the ore precision and yield; three sets of mechanisms are connected to achieve a circular reciprocating function, so that unnecessary device loss and energy loss of machines on a production line are reduced; and through integration of the mechanisms, hovering of operators on the production line can be properly reduced, the production safety is further specified, and the possibility of partial occupational injury is prevented.
