Problems solved by technology

The discharge of a large amount of lithium slag and the simple long-term stacking or landfill treatment not only greatly increase the management cost of the enterprise, but also cause a huge waste of resources and environmental pollution
Tailings often contain heavy metal elements such as lead, cadmium, chromium, metalloid arsenic, nickel and tin, which can easily penetrate into soil and groundwater resources, causing secondary pollution, and may even cause damage to local vegetation, soil water and air pollution. And become a hidden danger of secondary geological disasters and safety
[0003] Spodumene flotation concentrate and solid waste from lithium salt production have some potential pozzolanic activity, but the activity is poor

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing an insulating foam glass ceramic material from lithium tailings. The method comprises the following steps: 1, the lithium tailings and cleaned cullet aresubjected to wet ball milling, dried and sieved by a 120-200-mesh sieve respectively; 2, the lithium tailings, the cullet, sodium fluoride, potassium carbonate and mirabilite are uniformly mixed in percentage by mass to serve as a base material; 3, a foaming agent is added to the base material, and a mixture is obtained; 4, uniformly mixed powder is placed into a refractory container, heated rapidly to 800 DEG C, then heated to 900-1050 DEG C at reduced rate for melting foaming, and subjected to heat preservation for 15 min; 5, after heat preservation, quenching is performed to 500-600 DEG C for annealing treatment for 1 h, slow cooling is performed, and a product is obtained after demolding and cutting. Through adoption of the method, the environmental problem in the slag treatment process is solved, production cost of the product is reduced, the product with high added value is prepared, and compared with other products, the product has high strength and good insulating performance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of preparing glass ceramics from solid wastes such as lithium industrial tailings and tailings, and discarded cullet, and in particular to a method for preparing foam insulation glass ceramic materials by using lithium tailings. Background technique [0002] my country is rich in lithium resources, and the proven reserves rank among the top in the world. However, extensive resource development and backward mining, washing, smelting and waste residue treatment technologies make a large amount of heavy metal-containing slag materials be regarded as waste products, regardless of the choice of spodumene concentrate. Or the preparation of lithium salts will cause a large amount of lithium slag or lithium tailings. The discharge of a large amount of lithium slag and the simple long-term stacking or landfill treatment not only greatly increase the management cost of the enterprise, but also cause a huge waste of resources and...
