The vehicle-mounted heat pump air-conditioner comprises a compressor (1), a gas-liquid separator (12), a four-way valve (3), an evaporator (11), a gas-replenishing electronic expansion valve (10), an economizer (6), a main circuit electronic expansion valve (5), a condenser (4) and a check valve (8). A port E of the four-way valve is connected with an inlet of the evaporator, and an outlet of the evaporator sequentially passes through a first heat transfer channel ofthe economizer, the main circuit electronic expansion valve and the condenser and is connected with a port C of the four-way valve. The output end of the evaporator further sequentially passes throughthe gas-replenishing electronic expansion valve, a second heat transfer channel of the economizer and the check valve and is connected with a middle compression cavity of the compressor.
