Abstract

The invention discloses an identifying system for blood species based on a coherent anti-stoke Raman spectrum. The identifying system comprises a supercontinuum spectrum light source, a light splitting unit, a delaying unit, a beam combining unit and a spectrometer, wherein the supercontinuum spectrum light source takes a pulsed laser as a seed source; the seed source is amplified to generate a supercontinuum spectrum by photonic crystal fibers; the supercontinuum spectrum light source is divided into a first light beam and a second light beam by the light splitting unit; the first light beamcomprises a spectrum with seed source wavelength and forms pump light and detection light; the second light beam comprises a spectrum of which the wavelength is greater than the wavelength of the seedsource and forms Stoke light; the delaying unit is arranged on a light path of the second light beam and is used for adjusting optical path difference of the first light beam and the second light beam; the beam combining unit is used for combining the first light beam and the second light beam which are subjected to adjustment of the optical path difference, and collinear excitation light is formed to act on a sample; the spectrometer is used for acquiring a coherent anti-stoke Raman spectrum signal of the sample. According to the identifying system disclosed by the invention, automatic distinction of people and animal species for samples such as whole blood, plasma and serum can be realized in a non-contact sealing mode of a blood product.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of distinguishing human and animal blood species. More specifically, the present invention relates to a non-contact species identification system for sealed blood samples based on coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] Biological species resources are an important resource reserve of a country, and a strong gene pool is crucial to national development. As the most direct source of gene pools for most species, blood currently faces the problem of difficult species source identification in import, export and use. If this problem cannot be solved well, it will lead to the outflow of a large number of gene information of characteristic species in our country, and it may also become an important channel for the invasion of alien species, which must be strictly controlled. Therefore, the successful development of non-contact identification equipment for human and animal cells can meet the n...
