The plant starch adhesive is selected from cassava starch, sweet potato starch and / or corn starch, preferably the cassava starch;the cross-linking agent comprises a first cross-linking agent borax, a second cross-linking agent sodium trimetaphosphate and a third cross-linking agent epoxy chloropropane.
