Abstract

The invention discloses a device for detecting pork heavy metal distribution through tunable resonance laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. According to the device, a pork sample subjected to dryingand tabletting is subjected to ablation breakdown under action of a pulsed laser beam so that plasma is produced, an OPO laser adjusts output laser wavelength to resonance excitation wavelength of theatom of an element to be detected, a position adjustment mechanism is adjusted to control movement of an OPO focusing lens three-dimensional space so that the OPO laser beam is focused to the centerof the plasma, the atom of the element to be detected absorbs the energy and produces transition so that a fluorescence spectrum is produced, a spherical mirror carries out spatial constraint on the plasma so that many plasmas as possible are focused by a plasma collection achromatic lens assembly and then collected and transmitted to a spectrometer through a fiber optic probe, the spectrometer converts the received spectral signal into an electrical signal and transmits it to a processing terminal and the processing terminal compares the detected spectrum so that fast, accurate and eco-friendly detection is realized.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of meat quality detection, in particular to a device for detecting the distribution of heavy metals in pork by using a tunable resonance laser induced breakdown spectrum. Background technique [0002] Pork has long been the main source of meat for the entire world, especially for Chinese residents. Since 1992, my country has surpassed the United States to become the world's largest pork consumer. The huge demand for pork has given birth to the development of the pig breeding industry, but some farmers, in pursuit of profit, feed on feeds with added heavy metals to promote the rapid growth of pigs. According to the "2015 Alltech Heavy Metals Survey Report", 30% of the complete feed, premix, inorganic and organic minerals and other feed raw materials samples contain heavy metals, and the content exceeds the EU's acceptable feed safety standards . Feeding feeds with excessive heavy metals leads to great potential ...
