Abstract

The invention provides a piezoresistor ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method is as follows: (1) mixing silicon carbide, silicon nitride, kaolin, tin dioxide, vanadium pentoxide, boron carbide, strontium carbonate, manganese carbonate, monazite, spherical nano titanium dioxide and anhydrous ethanol, and performing ball milling; (2) performing drying in an oven; (3) adding polyanionic cellulose, potassium perchlorate, beeswax, orthophosphate and polycarbonate, performing uniform mixing and adding the obtained mixture to a twin-screw extruder for extrusion granulation; (4) adding the material obtained in the step (3) into a uniaxial hydraulic press for pressing to obtain circular sheets, performing degumming at a temperature of 600 to 700 DEG C; and (5) putting the obtained material into a sintering furnace for sintering.
