Abstract

The invention relates to application of APS (astragalus polysaccharide) to prevention of BMSCs (bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells) injury caused by the radiation A549 cell bystander effect. After theAPS interference is performed in advance, the influence on the BMSCs by radiation and radiation bystander injury can be obviously reduced, so that the quantity of cells differentiated into nerve cells is increased; the length of synapses differentiated into the nerve cells is increased; the expression of Nissl substances and neuro-specific marker proteins NSE and Nestin is increased; meanwhile, the osteoblast cell differentiation calcium nodule area and the osteoblast cell differentiation mature labelled proteins OPN and OCN are increased, so that the protection effect is achieved on the influence of the BMSCs differentiation potential caused by radiation and radiation bystander injury can be realized by the APS.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new application of astragalus polysaccharide, and more specifically relates to the application of astragalus polysaccharide in protecting BMSCs from the side effect of radiation A549 cells. Background technique [0002] Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world. In my country, lung cancer is also the main cause of cancer death, and more than 80% of all lung cancers are non-small cell lung cancers. At present, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery are the main treatment methods for lung cancer. The side effects of chemotherapy are serious, and surgical treatment is easy to relapse. Therefore, radiotherapy is an effective means for local treatment of malignant tumors. Commonly used clinical radiotherapy methods include X-rays, gamma rays, electron beams, neutron beams, and proton beams. X-rays should have the characteristics of short wavelength, high frequency, and strong...
