The egg-laying hen feed comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-40 parts ofrice bran, 40-80 parts of germinated corn, 20-50 parts of peanut meal, 20-40 parts of green grass powder, 5-10 parts of vegetable oil, 1-5 parts of table salt, 5-15 parts of a traditional Chinese medicine composition additive, 2-6 parts of vitamin A, 2-6 parts of vitamin D and 2-6 parts of vitamin E. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the egg-laying hen feed. The egg-laying hen feed provided by the invention is scientific and reasonable in cooperation of the raw materials and rich in nutrition, and can meet nutrient requirements for egg production of the egg-laying hens; and besides, the traditional Chinese medicine composition additive is added to the egg-laying hen feed, so that the immunity of the hens can be improved, the life of the hens can be prolonged, and thereproductive function and the disease resistance of the egg-laying hens can be strengthened.
