The objective of the invention is to solve a problemthat a current bus route priority determination method is bad in accuracy. The bus route priority determination method comprises: receiving location data sent by a user terminal; generating bus running track data corresponding to bus routes according to the location data; for each bus route, employing time information and position information of the location data in the bus running track data corresponding to each bus route, and determining a running speed and a departure frequency of buses on each bus route in a set time section; and employing the determined running speed and departure frequency to determine time priority of each bus route in the set time section. a running speed factor which influence a riding running time is considered, a departure frequency factor which influence a waiting time is also considered, and therefore the accuracy of the determined priority of each bus route in the set time section is very high.
