Problems solved by technology

Among them, inorganic nonlinear materials were first used in devices, but due to the difficulty of growing inorganic crystals and the difficulty of processing bulk materials, their wider application is also limited.
Therefore, it is important for us to design and prepare materials with excellent third-order nonlinear optical properties and prepare them into thin films to solve the defects in practical applications (such as poor processability of solutions, difficulty in forming devices from powder and bulk materials) Scientific and technical problems to be solved

Embodiment 1

[0013] (1) Use 1M CH 3 COOH solution adjusted to a concentration of 1mM {Mo 132} pH of the aqueous solution to 4.

[0014] (2) 0.1g zinc aluminum nitrate hydrotalcite (Zn 2 Al-NO 3 ) and 100ml formamide into the Erlenmeyer flask, under N 2 Stir with a mechanical stirrer at 160 rpm under protection for two days. The obtained colloidal suspension was further centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 10 minutes to obtain a transparent and stable well-dispersed colloidal suspension.

[0015] (3) The quartz substrate was soaked in H 2 o 2 / H 2 SO 4 (concentrated) (V:V=3:7) in a solution heated at 80°C for 1 hour in a water bath to make the substrate with a hydrophilic negative charge, take it out and rinse it with deionized water, N 2 blow dry.

[0016] (4) Soak the pretreated substrate in step (3) in the Zn stripped in step (2). 2 Al-LDH zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite suspension, take out after ten minutes, rinse with deionized water and wash with N 2 Blow dry, then put into step (1) {...

Abstract

Provided is a polyacid-hydrotalcite third-order nonlinear optical film and a preparation method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of functional material. The material of the film is obtained by alternate assembly of zn-al hydrotalcite Zn2A1-LDH and Keplerate-type polyacid [Mo132] through a layer-by-layer self-assembly method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: soaking a pre-processed substrate in stripped Zn2A1-LDH suspension liquid for several minutes; taking the pre-processed substrate out, flushing the pre-processed substrate with deionized water and drying the pre-processed substrate with N2; putting the pre-processed substrate into a [Mo132] water solution for immersion about minutes; taking the substrate out, flushing the substrate with deionized water and drying the substrate with N2; and obtaining the polyacid-hydrotalcite composite film by repeating the above steps for n times. The preparation method of the polyacid-hydrotalcite third-order nonlinear optical film provides a means for practical application. The polyacid-hydrotalcite third-order nonlinear optical film and the preparation method thereof have the following beneficial effects: the preparation method is simple, low in cost, high in stability and adjustable in thickness; and under nanosecond laser impulses, saturated absorption and self-defocusing property can be controllable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of functional materials, and in particular relates to a Keplerate type polyacid-hydrotalcite third-order nonlinear optical film and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of science and technology, laser has brought us great convenience in all aspects, but also caused certain harm. Therefore, it is of great significance to the protection of laser. The nonlinear optical materials based on the third-order nonlinear optical properties are just a kind of excellent laser protection materials. Among them, inorganic nonlinear materials were first used in devices, but due to the difficulty of growing inorganic crystals and the difficulty of processing bulk materials, their wider application is also limited. Therefore, it is important for us to design and prepare materials with excellent third-order nonlinear optical properties and prepare them into thin films to solv...
