The cooling system comprises a gas cooling roots pump cooler, a gas-liquid separator and a working solution cooler. The valve pipeline system comprises a pneumatic butterfly valve A, a pneumatic butterfly valve B, a water supplementation electric ball valve A, a ball valve, a flange, a water supplementation electric ball valve B and a pipeline. The data acquisition system comprises a DCS data acquisition station, a pressure gauge, a pressure transmitter, a thermometer, a temperature transmitter and a magnetic turnover plate liquid level meter.
