Problems solved by technology

There are many fluorine-containing treatment methods, but most of them have problems such as unstable effluent quality, excessive use of chemicals, or secondary pollution, which makes these fluoride removal methods have certain limitations.
For the above methods, ion exchange has high requirements for influent water quality; activated carbon defluoridation treatment costs are high; reverse osmosis and electrocoagulation processes are complicated, consume a lot of power, and are expensive

Embodiment 1

[0022] A treatment method for fluorine-containing wastewater, the pH of the water sample in the workshop is 8.86, and the fluoride ion concentration is C F - =3533.36mg / l, when handling, please refer to figure 1 , including the following steps:

[0023] (100) Add sodium hydroxide solution or hydrochloric acid solution to fluorine-containing wastewater to adjust the pH value of fluoride-containing wastewater to 6;

[0024] (200) Mixed reaction Ⅰ: According to [Ca 2+ ] / [F - ]=2, add a calcium chloride solution with a concentration of 31.35% into the fluorine-containing wastewater whose pH value has been adjusted, and stir for 30 minutes at a stirring speed of 60r / min;

[0025] (300) Mixed reaction II: Adjust the pH value of the wastewater to 7.5 again, add polyaluminum chloride (PAC) with a concentration of 5%, and stir at a stirring speed of 60r / min for 10 minutes;

[0026] (400) Mixed reaction III: Add polyacrylamide (PAM) with a concentration of 1%, and stir for 10 minut...

Embodiment 2

[0030] A treatment method for fluorine-containing wastewater, the pH of the water sample in the workshop is 2.5, and the concentration of fluoride ions is C F - =12902mg / l, because the concentration of wastewater is too high, the treatment effect of too high concentration is extremely poor, it needs to be diluted first when it is processed, and this fluorine-containing wastewater is diluted 5 times in the present embodiment, that is, the concentration is C F - =2580mg / l. When processing, refer to figure 1 , including the following steps:

[0031] (100) Adding sodium hydroxide solution or hydrochloric acid solution to the fluorine-containing wastewater to adjust the pH value of the fluoride-containing wastewater to 8;

[0032] (200) Mixed reaction Ⅰ: According to [Ca 2+ ] / [F - ]=2, add a calcium chloride solution with a concentration of 31.35% into the fluorine-containing wastewater whose pH value has been adjusted, and stir for 30 minutes at a stirring speed of 60r / min; ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment method of fluorine-containing wastewater. The treatment method comprises the following steps: (100) adding a sodium hydroxide solution or a hydrochloric acid solution into the fluorine-containing wastewater to be treated to adjust the pH value of the fluorine-containing wastewater; (200) performing mixing reaction I: adding a calcium chloride solution into the fluorine-containing wastewater with the adjusted pH value according to [Ca<2+>] / [F<->]=1.5 to 2, and stirring the solution at medium speed for 27 to 32 minutes; (300) performing mixing reaction II: adjusting the pH value again to 7.5, adding a coagulant, and stirring the solution at medium speed for 8 to 12 minutes; (400) performing mixing reaction III: adding a flocculant, and stirring the solution at low speed for 8 to 12 minutes; and (500) precipitating the solution for 1 hour, and discharging the water. Due to the mode, the mass concentration of residual fluorine ions in the wastewater can be reduced to 10 mg / l or below, a relatively precipitating effect is achieved, and the environmentally-friendly discharging standard can be met.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a treatment method for fluorine-containing wastewater. Background technique [0002] At present, there have been many researches on fluorine-containing wastewater at home and abroad. The main treatment methods are: chemical precipitation, flocculation precipitation, adsorption, seed crystal addition, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, activated carbon defluorination, electrodialysis and electrocoagulation, etc. . There are many fluorine-containing treatment methods, but most of them have problems such as unstable effluent quality, excessive use of chemicals, or secondary pollution, which makes these fluoride removal methods have certain limitations. For the above methods, ion exchange requires high standards for influent water quality; activated carbon defluoridation treatment costs are high; reverse osmosis and electrocoagulation processes are complicated, consume a lo...
