Embodiment 1
[0029] 1. Synthesis of single crystal of L-phenylalanine Schiff Base metal copper complex:
[0030] (1) 2-acetylpyridine-condensed L-phenylalanine Schiff Base ligand (C 16 h 16 o 2 N 2 ) of synthesis (the equation of synthesis reaction is as figure 1 shown): add 1 mmol (0.3304 g) of L-phenylalanine, 1 mmol (0.112 g) of potassium hydroxide and 15 mL of methanol in a dry 250 mL round bottom flask, and stir magnetically (1000 r) at room temperature until the solution changed from a suspension to a colorless clear solution. With the condenser installed, slowly add 0.23 mL (0.242 g) of 2-acetylpyridine dropwise to the colorless clear solution. The temperature of the water bath was raised to 50 °C, and the magnetic stirring (1000 r) was condensed and refluxed for 6 hours to obtain the ligand as a bright yellow transparent solution, which was cooled to room temperature.
[0031] (2) Synthesis of Schiff Base metal complexes: Weigh 0.170 g CuCl2 • 2H 2 O, add 5 mL of methanol so...
