Abstract

A strain of recombinant duck enteritis virus rDEVdeltaUL2-H5 is designed and built, is the recombinant duck enteritis virus expressing 5 subtype avian influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA) gene, and can be used for preparing survive vaccine and preventing duck plague and H5 subtype avian influenza of chickens and water birds; missing UL2 genes and carrying green fluorescent label in construction process, a recombinant duck enteritis virus carrier (rDEVdeltaUL2-GFP) can be applied to express exogenous genes through a homologous recombination method, and lay the foundation for building new recombinant vaccine for resisting the duck plague and other pathogens taking the duck enteritis virus as a carrier.
