Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent air energy shrimp shell drying machine which comprises a heat pump device, a drying box, a belt conveyer, a rotary feeding valve, a rotary discharging valve and a controller. The heat pump device is provided with a hot air drying unit and a deodorization unit. When the machine is used, the belt conveyer conveys shrimp shells to move, hot air generated by the hot air drying unit is used for heating and drying the shrimp shells, a condensing tank of the deodorization unit and an evaporator are used for condensing smelly water vapor evaporated during drying of the shrimp shells into water drops to be drained, the smelly water vapor evaporated from the shrimp shells is prevented from being exhausted into the atmosphere, and pollution of the smelly water vapor to the atmosphere is reduced. The evaporator continuously absorbs heat of the water vapor evaporated during drying of the shrimp shells in the belt conveyer, the heat is conveyed to condensers through a compressor and an expanding valve, heat released by the condensers is used for heating the air, a fan feeds heated air into the belt conveyer to heat and dry the shrimp shells, and in this way, the shrimp shells are dried through continuous circulation.
