Abstract

The invention relates to a high-performance flame-retardant double-component silane modified polyether sealant and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of sealants. The silane modified polyether sealant comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40-80% of MS polymer, 0-4% of dehydration agent, 0-4% of crosslinking agent, 10-50% of reinforcing filler and 0.1-2% of catalyst; and the component B comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-60% of MS polymer, 8-30% of plasticizer, 0.2-3% of coupling agent, 1-10% of water and 20-60% of flame-retardant filler. Thus, the sealant has favorable mechanical property while achieving flame retardancy.
