Abstract

The invention discloses a de-foaming agent special for a metalworking fluid and a preparation method thereof. The de-foaming agent special for the metalworking fluid contains the following components by weight percent: 1-5% of aliphatic polyester-amide, 2-12% of modified organic polyether, 2-15% of white oil, 1-15% of organic phosphorus compound, 2-6% of emulgator, 45-75% of organosilicone fluid, 1-8% of hydrophobic dioxide, 2-5% of silicone surface active agent and 0.1-0.3% of catalyst. After the raw materials are added into a container, the de-foaming agent special for the metalworking fluid can be prepared by stirring the raw materials for 60-90 minutes. According to the invention, the de-foaming agent for the metalworking fluid special for the metal cleaning industry characteristics is specially researched and developed for the metal surface treatment chemicals and the application thereof.
