The result shows that the urinary albumin excretion rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus db / db rats can be reduced by the niclosamide ethanolamine salt, polydipsia and hyperuresis are improved, blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin and urine sugar level are reduced, the serum insulin level is improved and the pathological damage of pancreas is improved.
